How much is shipping?

As is stated on every listing: "All instruments from Boyd's Brass come with free shipping to the lower 48 US states."

Do you send horns on trial periods before purchase?

Unless otherwise stated on the listing, all instruments sold at Boyd's Brass may be returned up to one week after the horn is delivered. If the horn is returned, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs both to and from the buyer. If the instrument is damaged in the possession of the customer, all repairs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally, but international shipments are excluded from our free shipping policy. If you want to have any purchased item shipped internationally, contact me for a shipping quote.

Will you lower the value on a customs form if you ship internationally?

My goal is to build my company and life on honest interactions, not only with customers, but also with buyers. What you pay for the horn (minus shipping) will be what I put on the customs form, as I feel any other input would be dishonest.
