This Holton H280 is basically new. It was purchased by an individual right when Holton announced it was discontinuing the H280, played some, and then consigned here. The only damage is a few minor scratches to the lacquer. Otherwise, this horn is essentially new. It is clean, has been professionally inspected and serviced in my shop, and is ready to play!
The H280 is the same model as the H180 (a yellow brass 179) with a factory screw bell. I personally actually prefer the sound of the brass over the nickel silver build of the 179. I think it provides a sweetness to the sound that the 179 somewhat lacks. If you're in the market for an H179 (or similar), you should very much consider the H280. It is a fantastic instrument.
Included is the original hard shell screw bell case. No mouthpiece is included. The warranty card is also included, but I'm not sure if it is possible to register the warranty or not since the horn is being sold as "used" at this point.

This instrument may be returned up to one week after the horn is delivered. If the horn is returned, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs both to and from the buyer. If the instrument is damaged in the possession of the customer, all repairs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
