This is a really cool old horn! This Sansone 5-valve single Bb horn plays beautifully and is in amazing shape for its age. Throw in the fact that it comes with the original case in just about as good of shape as you'll find anywhere, and you really have an amazing collector package that also plays and looks great!

There are a couple of minor dents in the bell tail of the horn but nothing bad at all. The lacuqer has some minor wear as well. But overall, this horn is in amazing shape for its age!
I do find it difficult to hold the horn without a duck foot and missing the original left hand holding device (which I'm told existed, but I can't find any info online about it). If you plan to play the horn, I suggest you get a duck foot or something installed on it for comfort.
The original (!) case is included. No mouthpiece is included.
